Cortijo Las Rosas

Cortijo Las Rosas is an idyllic and cozy place in our beloved Alpujarra. It is a beautiful farmhouse dating back more than 150 years, inside a fully fenced farm of more than 60,000 square meters, located in the Guadalfeo Valley, in the center of the Alpujarra, near the Subtropical Coast, (45km), and not far from the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, (90km), from the city of Granada, (65km), from the coastal city of Malaga, (90km).

A privileged environment and a special place that reflects the antiquity of the farmhouse, olive beams and stone walls.

Located on the banks of the Guadalfeo river, a couple of kilometers from the town of Torvizcón. . Located in the center of one of the most traditional wine-growing areas in the province of Granada (Andalusia).

The cortijo has two floors, it has a bedroom with a double bed, another single bedroom and a large loft with a double bed and a terrace with wonderful views of the Guadalfeo river valley. Two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a living room with fireplace and a small library, ping-pong table … A pantry and a boiler room. A garage of about 25m2.
All rooms have central heating.

The farmhouse has solar and wind energy, totally ecological, 12 solar panels of 300w each panel, 12 batteries that accumulate energy as well as a wind turbine.

Outside we have a large lot with lots of trees and a nice and large pool.
A 2900 m2 greenhouse.
Stables for 5 horses.
A room for tools of 20m2.
An apartment for workers of about 60 m2, with 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, kitchen-dining room and large covered porch for three cars.
It has 2 water tanks, one of 150,000 liters and the other of 75,000 liters.

The farmhouse has permission to make a well.
Two ditches pass through the farm, of which the property has the right to water.
