Beautiful Rural farmhouse restored and structured on three floors with a large garage for two vehicles. It has a automated main entrance gate a with remote control. Cortijo Adela has a garden area with plants, fruit trees, a fountain with water lilies and a 10x5x2 pool.

In the garden area and in front of the house we find a beautiful gazebo where we can enjoy the summer nights or the sunny mornings that the good climate in this area gives us. The completely renovated house has the typical essence of a solid and at the same time traditional construction with numerous details of quality, good taste and comfort.

On the ground floor there is the living room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a storage room. On the upper floor we find two bedrooms and a bathroom and on the second floor there is the library and leisure room with an access door to a cozy terrace. From here you can enjoy the tranquillity and views that the beautiful area offers. On this floor there are also two other bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as another door with stairs that gives access to the upper roof terrace.

Cortijo Adela is located just 5 minutes walking to the town center of Orgiva, so it is not necessary to use a vehicle during the stay of its guests. A very cozy place where dogs are allowed and that has a small kennel inside the property where you can leave your pets for a few hours if necessary for their owners.
